Orders and inquiries about orders are addressed with in 24 - 72 hours of receipt of the order or correspondence. Items in stock in our warehouse will be shipped within 4 - 5 business days.
Items requiring special order, packaging or prep will be shipped, in most cases, within 2 - 6 weeks. Some hand painted canvases or fibers could be longer. Prolonged delivery situations will be discussed with the customer at point of purchase.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: RETURN POLICY
• Returns are by approval only. • No knitted, wound yarn or stitched items. • No returns on special orders or trunk show items. • All packaging has to be intact and in perfect condition. • No cash refunds without approval. • Refunds are credited to your credit card or refunded if approved for cash refund, a check will be mailed within two weeks of return. • Any credit card purchase will be refunded back to the credit card used to make the purchase. • Questions, comments or concerns may be directed to 1-970-577-8210.
